Janice was the 7th Dexter Grandma (Ferne Rawson) ever purchased.  Grandma (Ferne) fell in love with Jingles when we were first visiting.  Elias told us a story of Jingles' birth.  Christmas Eve Eve, bad storm, and she wound up being in the bathtub for quite some time before she was able to go outside.  Jingles was dog tame.  Almost to tame.  She did not look like much compared to most Lazy L's animals however Elias always felt it was her rough start that took their toll on her as she always had spectacular looking babies such as Grandma's Jingle-Bella and many more.
 
We had so many wonderful photos and memories.  Unfortunately in 2020 the farm had a devastating storm most things were lost.  We have found many pictures thanks to them being stored on the the Dexter Online Pedigree!
 
Jingles held a special place in Grandma's heart.  Grandma made sure the entire family knew that Jingles and 4 others were to live their lives out in perpetuity at Grandma's Dexter Farm.  Grandma's wish came true with gravy.  If you go to the Our Story page and read the full story, you will hear about Pryme GDF Rosie.  Rosie and Lazy L's Jinglette (a daughter to Lazy L's Jingles) were purchased by Grandma's friend Larry Graber.  When Grandma was near death Larry brought Rosie back to the farm so Grandma died knowing that Rosie had returned.  This story is amazing when you have time to read it.  All 5 originals, including Lazy L's Jingles and the bonus of Pryme GDF Rose were all laid to rest per Grandma's (Ferne) wishes.
